Shipping and returns

Delivery

AiiA Care ApS aims to ship orders received before 11.00 same day, order after that will be shipped the next business day.

We send parcels with GLS to Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

Goods will be delivered to either the delivery address or to a chosen pick-up location indicated at the time of order. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the package will be left at the nearest delivery point.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point or you are not at home at the time of delivery, the package will be delivered to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If you encounter any problems, please contact customer service.

Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.

Right to complain

AiiA Care provides 2 years warranty according to the purchase law. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can get an exchange, a refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The claim does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product. You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect.AiiA Care ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not accept COD shipments.

Remerger

In case of reimbursement, please provide bank details in the form of reg. no. and account No.so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk by e-mail or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfilment of the refund.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full return policy on goods purchased in our webshop. The period starts from the day you receive the goods.

Return costs are your responsibility.

Withdrawal must be notified to us within 14 after the purchase and from the withdrawal must be within 14 days after returning the shipment. The notice must be given by email atinfo@aiiacare.com. In the notice you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the goods to us, you must in the email clearly state your order number, name and address, and the reason for the return. Then pack the products securely, possibly in the original shipment, and return the products to:

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to accept the goods without giving clear notice.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

Goods, which of are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the packaging has been broken after deliveryare not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Thus, you lose your right of withdrawal if you open the product or put it into use, as the product is not fit to be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and within 14 days of exercising your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that they are properly packed. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation.
You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we receive them back.
We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

Condition of goods on return

You are liable only for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature of the goods.

If the item has been tested beyond that described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return. To receive a full refund, you must not have used the product and must return it in substantially the same condition as when you received it.
